    Communications Authority of Kenya (CA). Dennis leads the National Kenya Computer Incident Response Team – Coordination Centre (National KE-CIRT/CC) and is involved in cybersecurity investigations and forensics. He has spoken publicly on cybersecurity topics including the cyber threat landscape from the perspective of regulators. Dennis Loyatum has been active in regional cybersecurity working groups and initiatives, such as the East African Communications Organization (EACO) Working Group on IP Networks, Standards, and Cybersecurity, where he has held leadership roles.
