SOFTWARE ENGINEER UGANDA

• 1-2 years’ experience in .Net technology and HCM solutions.
• Ready to Adopt for new software technologies and earn certifications for the related technologies
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Transforming software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
• Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary
• Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
• Produce fully functional programs writing clean, testable code
• Create technical documentation for user support
• Suggest new features to improve program navigation and operation
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Shadow current software implementation projects and later provide level 1 support.
• Attend training provided by the company and earn product certifications in varied software solutions technology to extend the software resell and implementation opportunities

Work Experience:

• 1-2 years’ experience in .Net technology and HCM solutions

Qualification.

• Communication Skills Both Spoken & Written English to be excellent
  Technology Skills .Net / HCM
• Proficiency in software. engineering tools.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• Experience in working with HR software would be an added advantage.
