He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Statistics from London, Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degree in Philosophy from the City of London Polytechnic, now London Guildhall University.

He is the Vice-Chairman of Sybyl Ltd in Uganda and Group companies, he has over 20 years of expertise in computing. He is responsible for the entire operations of Sybyl Ltd Group and manages the corporate image of the company.
