Job Profile:
Provide 24/7 onsite Level One IT support.
Monitor ATM uptime and downtime via Vynamic View, SolarWinds, and I&M Monitor.
Track and review ATM last transactions and CustomerOne transactions.
Coordinate with Level 1 support engineers and ATM custodians.
Communicate with custodians on clearing errors and ensuring timely ATM cash loads.
Participate in preventive maintenance (PM) coordination.
Prepare and generate reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
Log and resolve issues through the ATM Service Desk.
Provide ATM images to the Security and Customer Service Delivery teams for customer complaint investigations.
Qualification.
- Background in Information Technology.
- Familiarity with ATM monitoring tools such as Vynamic View, SolarWinds, and I&M Monitor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for engaging with custodians, engineers, and support teams.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and public holidays..
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Support/Help Desk role.
