Job Profile:
  • Provide 24/7 onsite Level One IT support.

  • Monitor ATM uptime and downtime via Vynamic View, SolarWinds, and I&M Monitor.

  • Track and review ATM last transactions and CustomerOne transactions.

  • Coordinate with Level 1 support engineers and ATM custodians.

  • Communicate with custodians on clearing errors and ensuring timely ATM cash loads.

  • Participate in preventive maintenance (PM) coordination.

  • Prepare and generate reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).

  • Log and resolve issues through the ATM Service Desk.

  • Provide ATM images to the Security and Customer Service Delivery teams for customer complaint investigations.

Qualification. 

  • Background in Information Technology.
  • Familiarity with ATM monitoring tools such as Vynamic View, SolarWinds, and I&M Monitor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for engaging with custodians, engineers, and support teams.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and public holidays..
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Support/Help Desk role.
