Job Profile:
- Design and manage a scalable middleware platform to support software development and production systems.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows.
- Work closely with software engineers to improve application performance and reliability.
- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker, Docker Compose, Docker Swarm, Containerd, CRI-O, and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Implement monitoring, logging and alerting systems to ensure platform health and visibility using tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for infrastructure, tools, and processes.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a related role. Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Docker Compose, Docker Swarm, Containerd, CRI-O, Containerd, Kubernetes).
Qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a related role.
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Docker
- Compose, Docker Swarm, Containerd, CRI-O, Containerd, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Experience in WSO2 middleware platform or certification on WSo2 technology will be
- added advantage
- Proficiency in platform-as-code tools like Ansible, Terraform etc.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MsSQL, Oracle, H2, MariaDB, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, OS concepts, security best practices, and Linux systems.
Add-on and preferred;- Experience with middleware (ESB) solutions and API designing is an Added advantage.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an Added advantage
- Experience working in a microservices architecture.
- Experience working in a tools like VMWare Tanzu, Rancher or a similar solution.
- Experience with serverless architectures.
