General Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Coordinate the entire bid management process, including reviewing bid invitations, sharing tender deliverables/requirements and establishing timelines.
  • Providing accurate and relevant tender-related material and other support documentation stored in the bid repository to the Sales, Presales teams or Joint Venture partners as needed e.g. Technical Personnel CVs and Certifications, Project Reference Narratives, Sign-off Documents, LPOs etc.
  • Responsible for formulating effective strategies for the bidding process, managing resources and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and pre-sales to gather information and develop bid strategies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate bid review meetings, ensuring key stakeholders provide input and address concerns or issues.
  • Monitor and track bid performance metrics, analysing win/loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously refine and improve bid processes, templates and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights and emerging best practices in bid management.
Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Technology Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid opportunities and develop winning strategies.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office.
Other Competencies/Skills:
  • Demonstrated success in winning bids through effective bid management.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in bid preparation and review.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and industry-specific bid requirements
  • Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams.
