Job Profile:
- Install new ATM and cash processing equipment.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on ATM and cash processing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair issues assigned, addressing both hardware and software faults.
- Document and report on service calls through job cards, emails or the Sybyl support application on mobile.
- Adapt to additional assignments as directed by management, following changes in job responsibilities as needed.
- Fulfill other responsibilities not listed but reasonably expected of a Support Engineer.
Work Experience:
- Experience in installing and maintaining ATM or similar equipment preferred..
Qualification:
- Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and computer systems.
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing assignments.
